Stepper motors (such as the 130BC3100) should be equipped with a stepper motor driver and a dedicated stepper motor controller (such as the YXD-2) to concentrate the various electrical buttons. This makes it easy to set the length of the bag and other operating items on the control panel using the dialer. Such as machine stop, discharge amount (discharge contact), color mark photoelectric probe switch, machine main switch, welder temperature, counter, etc.
The main motor drives the main shaft to rotate, and the main shaft has a special cam (light opening), which can provide start and stop signals for the stepping motor. The machine works in coordination with the various requirements set while completing the bag making operation (sealing, cutting, conveying, color marking, etc.).
The production speed of the bag making machine can reach 140~150 times/min, the bag length is ≤1000mm, and the bag length error is small, about 0.5~1mm, which is much more efficient than the ordinary photoelectric control bag making machine.
Since all electrical component controllers are produced in China, including photoelectric probe switches (such as Sino-foreign joint ventures producing Futai photoelectric probes), proximity switches, etc., the price is cheap, convenient, and can be produced by themselves or by a specialized manufacturer.
